Hanging clothes on the line this morning, enjoying a beautiful sunny morning, listening to the delightful chatter of birds, I looked up into the trees to find a striking lorikeet. The exact subspecies of lorikeet I'm not sure, he was so colourful, maybe he was a rainbow lorikeet? His sound was charming, his feather colours so impressive.
